Pemetaan Praktik Pedagogis Guru dalam Mendukung Perilaku Prososial dan Mengelola Agresivitas Anak Usia Dini

Perilaku prososial dan agresif merupakan indikator penting dalam perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini yang dipengaruhi oleh peran guru di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik pedagogis guru dalam mendukung perilaku prososial dan mengelola agresivitas anak usia dini. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review terhadap lima belas artikel empiris yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2016–2026. Artikel diperoleh melalui basis data Scopus, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, dan Taylor & Francis, kemudian dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi yang mencakup anak usia dini, praktik pedagogis guru, serta perilaku prososial dan/atau perilaku agresif anak. Hasil kajian menunjukkan tiga tema utama yaitu kualitas relasi dan interaksi guru-anak, strategi pendekatan pedagogis, serta intervensi berbasis guru. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa praktik pedagogis yang hangat, responsif, terstruktur dan berbasis pengalaman sosial efektif dalam mengoptimalkan perilaku sosial anak, serta berkontribusi dalam memetakan strategi pembelajaran sosial-emosional di pendidikan anak usia dini.
