Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembelajaran bermain konstruktivistik melalui tahapan stimulasi, eksplorasi, dan refleksi dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5–6 tahun. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di RA Bina Umat Namlea, Kabupaten Buru, Maluku selama tiga bulan. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 27 anak usia 5–6 tahun, 3 guru kelas, 1 kepala sekolah, dan 5 orang tua yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan member check. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bermain konstruktivistik dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu stimulasi, eksplorasi, dan refleksi yang menempatkan anak sebagai subjek aktif dalam proses belajar. Aktivitas bermain manipulatif, simbolik, dan eksploratif terbukti mendukung perkembangan kemampuan klasifikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan penalaran logis anak. Selain itu, interaksi sosial dan scaffolding yang diberikan guru berperan penting dalam memperkuat proses konstruksi pengetahuan anak. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bermain konstruktivistik merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini.
