Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi praktik digital parenting dalam pengelolaan screen time anak usia dini di lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus terhadap lima orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 2–6 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak NVivo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini umumnya digunakan untuk hiburan, media belajar, serta membantu aktivitas pengasuhan sehari-hari, terutama saat makan atau ketika orang tua bekerja. Orang tua menerapkan berbagai bentuk pengawasan seperti pembatasan durasi, pendampingan penggunaan, dan seleksi konten digital. Penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya dampak positif berupa peningkatan kosakata dan kepercayaan diri anak, namun tetap terdapat kekhawatiran terhadap potensi ketergantungan gadget. Keterlibatan aktif orang tua menjadi faktor utama dalam pengelolaan screen time anak usia dini. Penelitian memberikan implikasi praktis bahwa pengelolaan screen time pada anak usia dini perlu didukung oleh pendampingan aktif, komunikasi yang baik, dan konsistensi aturan dalam keluarga, serta dapat menjadi rujukan bagi orang tua dan pendidik PAUD dalam membangun praktik digital parenting yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak.
