Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji efektivitas media finger puppet dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini di RA Al Ittihad, Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek 15 anak usia 5-6 tahun dan satu guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman (reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan), serta diuji melalui triangulasi dan member checking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pada indikator kemampuan berbicara, meliputi kemampuan berbicara (dari ±40% menjadi 80% anak aktif), penguasaan kosakata (bertambah ±30-40 kosakata baru), serta kelancaran berbicara yang ditandai dengan berkurangnya jeda dan pengulangan kata. Selain itu, interaksi verbal anak meningkat saat bermain peran. Media finger puppet terbukti efektif sebagai sarana pembelajaran komunikatif yang mendukung perkembangan Bahasa anak melalui aktivitas bermain yang interaktif dan kontekstual.
