Academic Procrastination pada Siswa Menengah: Scoping Review 2019-2026

Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan dan mengidentifikasi pola academic procrastination pada siswa SMP dan SMA selama 2019 sampai 2026, mengingat literatur sebelumnya lebih banyak berfokus pada mahasiswa. Scoping review dilakukan melalui Web of Science dengan kerangka d-cocospe dan pelaporan PRISMA. Seleksi studi menghasilkan 223 rekaman, 31 artikel full text dinilai, dan 26 studi dimasukkan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif tematik melalui content analysis untuk mengelompokkan temuan ke dalam kategori tema. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan tema yang konsisten meliputi regulasi diri, efikasi diri, keterlibatan akademik, dukungan orang tua, secure attachment, kecanduan smartphone dan internet, serta konteks pembelajaran sekolah. Secara umum, sumber daya personal dan keluarga yang adaptif berkaitan negatif dengan academic procrastination, sedangkan faktor risiko digital dan beberapa indikator maladaptasi akademik berkaitan positif. Bukti yang tersedia masih didominasi studi potong lintang, sehingga inferensi kausal tetap terbatas. Dengan demikian, academic procrastination pada siswa menengah perlu dipahami sebagai fenomena multidimensional yang dapat ditangani melalui penguatan regulasi diri, dukungan keluarga, dan intervensi sekolah berbasis bukti.
