Abstract

Rendahnya literasi pendidikan seksual pada anak usia dini memicu kebingungan ibu saat menghadapi perilaku eksplorasi tubuh anak pada fase falik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam faktor-faktor penyebab kebingungan ibu dalam menghadapi perilaku fase falik pada anak usia 3 tahun di lingkungan domestik Kabupaten Banyumas. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal longitudinal diterapkan selama tiga bulan melalui observasi partisipatif pasif dan wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur. Hasil menunjukkan kebingungan ibu berdimensi kognitif dan afektif, dipicu oleh ketiadaan kerangka konseptual fase falik serta kuatnya nilai tabu dalam budaya. Pola respons yang terbentuk dikonstruksi sebagai Avoidance Response due to Literacy Unpreparedness (ARLU), yakni respons menghindar akibat ketidaksiapan literasi yang bergeser secara organis menuju respons semi-edukatif tanpa intervensi formal. Temuan ini memperkaya diskursus teoretis keilmuan PAUD mengenai dinamika psikoseksual pada tahap awal, serta mengimplikasikan perlunya program literasi pengasuhan berbasis budaya lokal untuk mempercepat transisi menuju respons edukatif yang lebih sehat.
