Perilaku prososial merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini yang mencakup perilaku berbagi, bekerja sama, dan menolong orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas media story telling dan permainan edukatif puzzle dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental design) yang melibatkan dua kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 30 anak usia 5-6 tahun, instrument yang digunakan adalah Child Prosocial Behavior Questionnare (CPBQ). Analisis data dilakukan melalui perhitungan N-Gain, uji normalitas Shapiro–Wilk, uji Kruskal–Wallis, dan uji lanjut Mann–Whitney U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antar kelompok (<0,05), dimana permainan edukatif puzzle lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial dibandingkan dengan media story telling. Permainan edukatif puzzle dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial melalui memperkuat kemampuan berbagi, bekerja sama, membantu, serta menunjukkan kepedulian terhadap orang lain melalui pengalaman belajar yang aktif, menyenangkan, dan bermakna. Sedangkan Media story telling cocok untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial melalui penanaman nilai-nilai moral secara mendalam. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang bersifat partisipatif perlu dioptimalkan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini.
