Banyak anak usia dini masih mengalami kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan dasar dirinya secara mandiri, kondisi demikian dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh, kebiasaan keluarga, serta dibentuk dari orang dewasa di lingkungan terdekat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana penerapan kurikulum Waldorf berbasis filosofi Anthroposophy dapat mengembangkan kemandirian anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan guru serta orang tua wali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ritme harian yang konsisten, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran yang menerapkan pengalaman langsung, dan melibatkan anak pada tugas rutin keseharian seperti merapikan alat sekolah, makan sendiri, berpakaian, serta mengelola emosi dalam aktivitas keseharian di lingkungan sekolah dapat meningkatkan kemandirian fisik, sosial, dan emosional anak. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum Waldorf dapat menjadi alternatif pendekatan pembelajaran yang memperhatikan perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh dalam membentuk kemandirian anak usia dini. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini menambah kajian tentang penerapan Anthroposophy dalam pendidikan anak. Secara praktis penelitian ini memberikan acuan bagi guru, orang tua, dan lembaga PAUD dalam merancang lingkungan belajar yang memberi ruang bagi kemandirian anak sehingga dapat berkembang secara alami.
