Program Parenting Kebangsaan sebagai Upaya Penguatan Karakter Nasionalisme Anak di Kota Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan Program Parenting Kebangsaan oleh Badan Kesatuan bangsa dan politik sebagai upaya penguatan karakter nasionalisme anak melalui peran orang tua. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di Kota Yogyakarta selama empat bulan dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pelaksanaan program masih terbatas karena beberapa faktor yaitu durasi pendampingan yang singkat, minimnya sumber daya manusia, rendahnya pemahaman orang tua, pekerjaan dan usia orang tua, dan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat. Akibatnya efektivitas program belum optimal dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme pada anak karena tidak adanya evaluasi keberhasilan program dan jumlah kegiatan yang terbatas. Penelitian ini memberikan evaluasi konkret bagi pemerintah daerah Kota Yogyakarta untuk menyempurnakan Program Parenting Kebangsaan agar lebih efektif memperkuat karakter nasionalisme di lingkungan keluarga.
