Penelitian ini bertujuan merekonstruksi peran akreditasi sebagai katalis dalam membangun ekosistem mutu pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) yang reflektif dan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multi kasus pada lima lembaga PAUD terakreditasi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, terdiri dari tiga lembaga berakreditasi A dan dua lembaga berakreditasi B. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 20 partisipan (kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan), observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña dengan tahapan open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akreditasi mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam tiga aspek utama yaitu; pembelajaran mengalami pergeseran dari teacher-centered menuju child-centered dengan penerapan project-based learning dan integrasi nilai lokal, profesionalisme guru meningkat melalui budaya refleksi kolektif, lesson study, seta peningkatan literasi digital; dan tata kelola lembaga bertransformasi dengan pembentukan tim mutu internal dan penerapan siklus Plan Do Check Act. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pendampingan pasca-akreditasi berbasis refleksi dan data, penguatan kapasitas lembaga dalam pemanfaatan hasil akreditasi, serta transformasi kebijakan akreditasi dari orientasi compliance menuju developmental support yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan.
