Penyandang disabilitas di Indonesia kerap menghadapi tantangan inklusivitas dan aksesibilitas sebagai hak dasar. Penelitian ini menjabarkan penerapan strategi akomodasi dalam teori Co-cultural di Indonesia, melalui artikel Detik.com selama 2024, yang bertujuan mencapai kesetaraan peluang dan akses, membentuk persepsi publik, memfasilitasi partisipasi sosial disabilitas, serta mendorong representasi yang lebih adil. Melalui analisis isi terhadap 24 artikel berita, ditemukan tiga strategi akomodasi: non-asertif (upaya menghilangkan stereotip melalui penekanan visibilitas) dalam artikel prestasi atlet disabilitas di kancah internasional; asertif (melibatkan disabilitas dalam kegiatan sosial terbuka) seperti artikel disabilitas yang datang ke GBK untuk mendukung Prabowo dan berharap mendukung program inklusi; serta agresif (upaya mengadvokasi hak dan kesetaraan secara tegas), melalui artikel kritik terhadap aksi Cawe-Cawe Jokowi. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi komunikasi akomodasi dalam artikel Detik.com, sebagai upaya merubah persepsi negatif masyarakat terhadap disabilitas dan mendorong partisipasi disabilitas. Hal ini bertujuan mencapai inklusivitas di lingkup masyarakat, demi keberlangsungan Agenda Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) 2030.
