Pemerolehan keterampilan sosial pada anak usia dini merupakan hal penting dalam perkembangan individu yang memengaruhi kemampuan mereka untuk berinteraksi, bekerja sama, dan membangun hubungan sosial yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif konsep, faktor yang memengaruhi, dan strategi efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan sistematis literatur dari jurnal nasional dan internasional terindeks dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir (2015-2025). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan sosial dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti perkembangan kognitif, regulasi emosi, serta eksternal meliputi peran orang tua, program pendidikan, dan budaya. Berbagai strategi intervensi yang efektif teridentifikasi, terutama melalui pendekatan berbasis bermain aktif. Tinjauan ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperkaya pemahaman teoritis tentang dinamika pemerolehan keterampilan sosial serta menawarkan rujukan praktis bagi pendidik dan praktisi dalam merancang intervensi yang kontekstual dan berbasis bukti. Temuan ini mempertegas urgensi pengembangan model intervensi yang adaptif terhadap karakteristik anak serta perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan terkini.
