Bercerita dan Pengaturan Emosi pada Anak Usia Dini: Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis

Kemampuan mengatur emosi sejak usia dini sangat penting untuk mendukung perkembangan sosial, akademik, dan kesehatan mental anak di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis literatur yang membahas hubungan antara kegiatan bercerita (storytelling) dan pengaturan emosi pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA, menggunakan sumber dari database seperti Google Scholar, ERIC, ScienceDirect, dan Scopus. Dari 1000 artikel yang diidentifikasi, sebanyak 14 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bercerita secara signifikan membantu anak dalam mengenali, memahami, dan mengelola emosi, serta membangun empati dan ketahanan diri. Kegiatan bercerita yang didukung dengan diskusi terarah, ekspresi guru yang menarik, dan pemilihan cerita yang relevan, terbukti memperkuat literasi emosi anak. Kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran guru dan orang dewasa dalam memfasilitasi proses ini serta perlunya integrasi metode bercerita dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini untuk mendukung perkembangan emosional yang sehat.
