Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran sains pada siswa kelas rendah di SDN 2 Lebo. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus di sekolah tersebut, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa mengintegrasikan teknologi AI dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berbasis AI berperan signifikan dalam pengambilan keputusan pengelolaan sekolah, merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efisien, dan meningkatkan motivasi serta pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran sains. Presentase peningkatan pemahaman siswa atau contoh konkret penerapan AI dalam proses pembelajaran yang berdampak signifikan. Nilai kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada fokusnya pada konteks lokal pendidikan dasar Indonesia, yang selama ini belum banyak mendapat perhatian dalam literatur kepemimpinan digital dan penerapan AI di sektor Pendidikan.
