Penilaian dalam pendidikan anak usia dini (AUD) harus diarahkan pada Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) yang salah satunya mencakup nilai agama dan moral. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis, memetakan dan merekomendasikan teknik penilaian apa yang digunakan oleh guru dalam menilai aspek perkembangan nilai agama dan moral anak usia dini TK, RA di Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilaksanakan di 11 kecamatan kecamatan di kota Kendari dengan melibatkan 69 responden guru TK dan RA yang dipilih dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pertama, mayoritas guru TK/RA di Kota Kendari telah menerapkan teknik penilaian dalam menilai perkembangan nilai agama dan moral anak usia dini. Kedua, observasi langsung adalah teknik yang paling sering digunakan mengungguli teknik lain, Ketiga dalam aspek rekomendasi, observasi langsung tetap menjadi teknik yang paling disarankan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun Observasi Langsung menjadi teknik paling diandalkan, sistem penilaian yang ideal seharusnya tidak hanya mengandalkan satu metode, tetapi juga mengintegrasikan pendekatan lain agar hasil penilaian lebih komprehensif, akurat, dan mampu mencerminkan perkembangan nilai agama dan moral anak secara lebih utuh
