Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas berbagai intervensi berbasis mindfulness dalam mengurangi kecemasan pada remaja melalui tinjauan sistematis literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa intervensi seperti Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), dan Yoga-Based Mindfulness Training efektif, terutama jika dilakukan dalam durasi lebih dari 8–10 minggu. Program terstruktur menunjukkan hasil lebih signifikan dibandingkan pendekatan berbasis teknologi, seperti aplikasi digital atau terapi musik mindfulness, yang hasilnya lebih moderat. Karakteristik populasi juga memengaruhi efektivitas, di mana remaja dengan kecemasan sedang hingga tinggi mendapatkan manfaat yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya durasi dan struktur dalam keberhasilan intervensi mindfulness serta merekomendasikan pengembangan program yang fleksibel dan adaptif untuk menjangkau lebih banyak populasi.
