Abstract

Penanaman nilai patriotisme dan nasionalisme sejak usia dini merupakan langkah strategis dalam membentuk generasi yang cinta tanah air dan bertanggung jawab terhadap bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas upacara bendera sebagai sarana pembelajaran nilai-nilai tersebut di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 13 Batusangkar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anak dalam upacara bendera meningkat sebesar 42,5% setelah diterapkan pendekatan berbasis permainan dan seni. Program Polisi Cilik (Polcil) berkontribusi dalam membangun kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab anak melalui peran aktif mereka dalam upacara. Guru berperan sebagai model dalam menanamkan sikap hormat dan disiplin. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa upacara bendera yang dikemas secara menarik dan konsisten dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam pendidikan karakter anak usia dini.
