Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran kecerdasan spiritual dalam mencegah dan mengelola stres, dengan pendektan pendekatan bimbingan dan konseling. Kecerdasan spiritual didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan untuk mencari makna dan tujuan hidup, serta memperoleh ketenangan dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan. Pendekatan ini mengintegrasikan dimensi spiritualitas dalam proses konseling untuk membantu individu mengatasi stres secara efektif. Kecerdasan spiritual, yang merujuk pada kemampuan seseorang untuk menghadapi masalah hidup dengan pemahaman mendalam tentang nilai dan makna, ditemukan sebagai faktor yang berkontribusi pada pengurangan tingkat stres. Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur tentang konsep kecerdasan spiritual, dampak stres pada kesejahteraan mental dan fisik, serta peran bimbingan dan konseling dalam memperkuat kecerdasan spiritual dan mengurangi stres. Pendekatan praktis untuk mengintegrasikan kecerdasan spiritual dalam praktik konseling juga dibahas, termasuk teknik-teknik seperti meditasi, refleksi diri, dan praktik-praktik spiritual lainnya. Melalui pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kecerdasan spiritual, konselor dapat membantu individu menemukan kedamaian dalam diri mereka sendiri, mengatasi stres, dan membangun kesejahteraan holistik. Hasil studi menunjukkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kecerdasan spiritual dapat menjadi landasan penting dalam pencegahan dan penanganan stres secara holistik.
