Kurikulum merdeka dirancang agar siswa mempunyai potensi kemandirian yang berdasarkan penguatan karakter Pancasila. Proses aplikasi kurikulum masih mempunyai kendala. Pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka sebaiknya dijalankan dengan manajemen berbasis sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek saja yang perlu ditingkatkan pada pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di Taman Kanak kanak di kecamatan Cilengsi Bogor dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang ditemui dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka pada TK di kota Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Responden, terdiri dari guru, kepala sekolah dan orang tua siswa. Penelitian dilakukan pada sekolah taman kanak-kanak di kota Bogor Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian adalah, aspek manajemen dan pengelolaan pendidikaan berdasarkan kurikulum Merdeka merupakan aspek yang paling penting dikelola, disamping aspek-aspek lain. Kendala utama dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka adalah guru memerlukan pemahaman yang utuh tentang kurikulum, dan perlu persiapan sarana dan prasarana yang lebih lengkap. Pemerintah perlu mengevaluasi sejauh mana keberhasilan kurikulum tersebut.
