Abstract


Perkembangan kognitif merupakan salah satu aspek perkembangan anak yang terdiri dari kemampuan memecahkan masalah, berpikir simbolik dan berpikir logis. Perkembangan kognitif dapat didukung dengan menyediakan berbagai media pembelajaran kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran digital dengan ScratchJr untuk mengembangkan kognitif anak usia dini. ScratchJr yaitu aplikasi pemrograman visual yang didesain secara khusus untuk anak usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development  yang menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE Model. Pengumpulan data menggunakan konsep triangulasi dimana data bersumber dari studi kepustakaan, wawancara dan observasi. Pengolahan data untuk mengidentifikasi functional dan non-functional requirement menggunakan metode Thematic Analysis. Dalam hal pengujian, penelitian ini menggunakan internal dan external validation untuk mencapai validitas media. Internal validation menggunakan metode member validation dan external validation menggunakan metode user testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran dalam bentuk permainan digital yang dikembangkan memiliki nilai usability, dengan kata lain media tersebut layak digunakan kepada anak usia dini untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif.
