Siswa dengan gangguan emosi dan perilaku memiliki karakteristik yang sama dengan perilaku anak-anak pada umumnya. Karakteristik tersebut menyebabkan siswa-siswa yang beresiko gangguan emosi dan perilaku cenderung sulit atau bahkan tidak terdeteksi sehingga layanan pendidikannya kurang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan profil siswa beresiko gangguan emosi dan perilaku di sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusi kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif menggunakan angket kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif menggunakan FGD (Focus Groub Discussion) tentang karakteristik perilaku eksternal dan internal pada siswa. Analisis data menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode antara data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 29 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa memiliki resiko gangguan emosi dan perilaku dengan karakteristik perilaku eksternal dan perilaku internal. Profil tersebut digunakan sebagai salah satu dasar intervensi dini bagi guru di sekolah agar kebutuhan siswa secara akademik dan non akademik dapat terpenuhi.
