Pendidikan holistik menekankan pengembangan peserta didik secara utuh, mencakup aspek akademik, karakter, serta keterampilan sosial emosional. Salah satu pendekatan yang sejalan dengan prinsip tersebut adalah program Tokkatsu, yaitu kegiatan non-akademik yang terintegrasi dalam kehidupan sekolah dan menekankan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman guru sekolah dasar dalam mengimplementasikan program Tokkatsu dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa secara holistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode narrative inquiry. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan restorying, kodifikasi, dan penyusunan narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tokkatsu berperan dalam membangun keterampilan sosial, kerja sama, keberanian berpendapat, tanggung jawab, serta pengelolaan emosi siswa melalui pembiasaan kegiatan sehari-hari. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa Tokkatsu relevan sebagai model pendidikan karakter yang aplikatif dan sejalan dengan penguatan pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa dalam kurikulum Merdeka.
