Systematic Literature Review: Pengelolaan Kemandirian terhadap Anak Autis di dalam Lingkungan Keluarga

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pendekatan, faktor, dan strategi pengelolaan kemandirian anak autis dalam lingkungan keluarga melalui kajian Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode sintesis tematik digunakan untuk menelaah dan mengintegrasikan temuan dari lima penelitian empiris yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Analisis difokuskan pada manajemen berbasis keluarga dalam pengembangan keterampilan hidup sehari-hari anak dengan Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Hasil sintesis menunjukkan empat tema utama, yaitu strategi perilaku dalam mendorong kemandirian, keterlibatan orang tua, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta hasil perkembangan keterampilan anak. Pendekatan berbasis perilaku terbukti efektif ketika diterapkan secara konsisten di rumah dengan pelatihan bagi orang tua. Keterlibatan aktif keluarga menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan karena memungkinkan penerapan rutinitas nyata yang memperkuat kemampuan adaptif dan rasa percaya diri anak. Dukungan profesional, baik melalui pelatihan langsung maupun telehealth, berperan penting dalam menjaga konsistensi intervensi. Meskipun terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan waktu, stres emosional, dan sumber daya yang terbatas, pengelolaan kemandirian berbasis keluarga tetap memberikan dampak positif terhadap fungsi adaptif dan kesejahteraan anak serta keluarga. Studi ini meberikan implikasi bahwa pengelolaan kemandirian anak dengan ASD perlu beroriantasi pada intervensi berbasis keluarga.
