Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media bilingual interactive book sebagai sarana pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang menyenangkan dan efektif bagi anak usia 4–6 tahun. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE untuk menghasilkan media yang memadukan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris melalui ilustrasi kontekstual serta aktivitas interaktif yang sesuai dengan karakteristik belajar anak usia dini. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media berada pada kategori sangat layak dan praktis berdasarkan penilaian ahli media, ahli materi, dan guru. Uji coba pada anak menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan kosakata bahasa Inggris, baik reseptif maupun ekspresif, dengan perbedaan yang bermakna antara nilai pretest dan posttest. Temuan tersebut menegaskan bahwa media ini efektif mendukung perkembangan kosakata bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, paparan bilingual yang terstruktur melalui media interaktif terbukti dapat memperkuat fondasi perkembangan bahasa kedua pada anak usia dini. Studi ini berkontribusi terhadap inovasi media pembelajaran PAUD dan menawarkan strategi pengembangan literasi awal berbasis bilingual.
