Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi penangganan stunting yang belum efektif dalam pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar di PAUD yang berjumlah 160 PAUD. Sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 80 orang secara acak. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel manajemen pembelajaran anak usia dini yang diambil dari POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling). Hasil Penelitan 1) Perencanaan, kurikulum yang diterapkan sebanyak 48.8 % menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan fisik dan kognitif murid stunting. 2) Pengorganisasian guru berkolaborasi dengan pihak kesehatan sangat baik 56.3 % memastikan murid menerima asupan gizi yang baik . 3) Pelaksanaan Proses pembelajaran mencakup edukasi pentingnya gizi yang mendukung perkembangan anak stunting sebanyak 53.8 %. 4) Kegiatan pembelajaran disesuaikan 57.5 % agar anak stunting bisa berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya secara positif. 5) Penilaian melalui pengawasan pembelajaran AUD dalam penanganan stunting memperhitungkan 58.8% keterlambatan terjadi pada anak stunting, baik dalam aspek fisik, kognitif, maupun sosial.
