Kemampuan bahasa ekspresif anak usia 5–6 tahun di Pos PAUD Rahayu Kebokura masih rendah, ditunjukkan oleh 50% dari 18 anak yang berada pada kategori Belum Berkembang (BB). Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa ekspresif melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) “Kreasi Animal”. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dengan lima indikator bahasa ekspresif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang jelas. Pada siklus I tidak ada anak yang mencapai kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB). Setelah perbaikan pada siklus II penguatan peran guru sebagai fasilitator, pengelompokan yang lebih kohesif, serta pemberian motivasi yang lebih spesifik persentase anak yang mencapai BSB meningkat menjadi 83,26%. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan memberikan bukti empiris bahwa penerapan PjBL berbasis proyek dapat menjadi strategi efektif, kontekstual, dan mudah direplikasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa ekspresif anak usia dini, khususnya di lembaga PAUD dengan kemampuan awal yang masih rendah.
