Literasi lingkungan dan pengelolaan sampah organik di PAUD masih menjadi permasalahan yang belum teratasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi literasi lingkungan dan pengelolaan sampah organik di PAUD, serta mengembangkan strategi edukasi berbasis praktik yang melibatkan anak, guru, dan keluarga. Pendekatan Service Learning (SL) diterapkan untuk mengintegrasikan pembelajaran akademik dengan praktik langsung, seperti pembuatan komposter dan edukasi ecoliteracy. Subjek penelitian meliputi siswa, guru, dan keluarga dari RA Al-Ihya dan RA Al-Urwatul Wutsqa Kota Tasikmalaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi lingkungan di PAUD masih rendah, namun pendekatan SL efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik keberlanjutan di sekolah dan rumah. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah dan keluarga dalam mengintegrasikan nilai keberlanjutan ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting untuk pengembangan kurikulum PAUD yang lebih inklusif terhadap isu lingkungan serta perlunya dukungan kebijakan dan program berkelanjutan untuk memastikan kesinambungan praktik tersebut di masa depan.
