Persepsi guru terhadap budaya lokal berperan penting dalam menciptakan pembelajaran berbasis budaya yang menarik dan menantang bagi anak usia dini. Persepsi dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan persepsi guru PAUD terkait pengenalan budaya Betawi dalam pembelajaran. Menggunakan desain survei dengan pertanyaan terbuka, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp dengan bantuan pengurus Ikatan Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak wilayah. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk grafik serta narasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang budaya lokal dan mengenal berbagai jenis budaya Betawi. Tantangan utama adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mendalam tentang budaya lokal serta keterbatasan sarana dan media pembelajaran. Media seperti gambar cetak, buku cerita, serta metode bercerita dan tanya jawab menjadi strategi utama. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikan budaya lokal ke dalam pembelajaran yang berpusat pada anak.
