Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kreativitas guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan interaktif, terutama dalam penggunaan media loose part yang fleksibel dan merangsang kreativitas anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kreativitas guru dalam penggunaan media loose part Taman Kanak-kanak di Bantul, Yogyakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif digunakan dengan melibatkan 171 guru sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 68,8% terhadap kreativitas guru, sementara lingkungan kerja berkontribusi sebesar 68,7%. Secara keseluruhan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berkontribusi sebesar 76,7% terhadap kreativitas guru. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan memotivasi guru untuk meningkatkan kreativitas, yang pada gilirannya berdampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran anak usia dini.
