Abstract


Perkembangan teknologi di era 4.0 turut memberikan dampak terhadap melemahnya pengetahuan dan kecintaan masyarakat tentang permainan tradisional. Muncul berbagai macam permainan modern seperti video game dan virtual game yang tanpa disadari menimbulkan efek negatif baik dari segi fisik maupun psikis. Penelitian ini memiliki urgensi dalam modifikasi permainan tradisional Kola-Kola Tematik menjadi menarik dan memiliki dampak terhadap penanaman dan penguatan nilai karakter anak usia dini, sekaligus untuk melestarikan kearifan budaya lokal. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas dan keefektifan media permainan tradisional Kola-Kola Tematik untuk penguatan karakter anak usia dini sebagai upaya melestarikan kebudayaan lokal. Data yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini akan  dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tersedianya produk hasil pengembangan media permainan tradisional kola-kola tematik, hasil Uji validitas ahli materi dan ahli media berada pada kategori layak untuk diterapkan, dan tingkat kefektifan media berdasarkan hasil uji validitas adalah 83,33% pada kategori layak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media permainan tradisional kola-kola tematik dapat menguatkan karakter anak usia dini
