Abstract
Penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri ayah melalui value of children terhadap keterlibatan pengasuhan anak usia dini. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan Path Analysis bantuan SPSS2 2.0. Penelitian melibatkan 122 ayah yang mempunyai anak usia 2-6 tahun, yang dilakukan melalui purposive sampling. Skala yang digunakan yaitu skala keterlibatan pengasuhan ayah yang di adaptasi dari Inventory of Father Involvement (IFI) disusun oleh Hawkins, variabel efikasi diri ayah Fathering Self Efficacy Scale (FSES) disusun oleh Sevigny dan adaptasi skala value of children disusun oleh Hoffman. Pengambilan data melalui penyebaran secara offline dan online (google form). Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara efikasi diri ayah melalui value of children terhadap keteribatan ayah dalam pengasuhan dengan hasil (0,59456 > 0,555).
