Kurikulum modifikasi di PAUD inklusif sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendukung PAUD holistik integratif. Sekolah penyelenggara inklusif saat ini masih banyak yang belum menerapkan kurikulum modifikasi. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana penerapan modifikasi kurikulum di PAUD inklusif sebagai salah satu unsur pendukung dalam penerapan PAUD holistik integratif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan systematic literature review yaitu melakukan identifikasi dan evaluasi secara kritis terhadap penelitian-penelitian yang relevan, serta mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari penelitian-penelitian tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah telah mengeluarkan aturan yang mendukung modifikasi kurikulum di PAUD inklusif, tetapi analisis literatur memperlihatkan bahwa masih terdapat sekolah-sekolah yang belum menerapkan modifikasi kurikulum, meski banyak juga PAUD inklusi yang telah melakukannya. Selain itu terdapat beberapa PAUD inklusi yang melakukan modifikasi kurikulum hanya ketika proses pembelajaran, belum pada administrasi pembelajaran. Melalui penelitian ini dapat menjadi upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya modifikasi kurikulum pada PAUD inklusif di Indonesia guna mendukung program PAUD Holistik Integratif.
