Pengembangan Buku Panduan Guru Pembimbing Khusus Berbasis Asesmen di TK Inklusif

Pendidikan inklusi tidak terlepas dari pemahaman yang luas bahwa pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) merupakan prioritas bagi perkembangan dan pembelajaran semua anak. Akan tetapi, tidak semua guru PAUD memiliki keterampilan yang tepat, pengetahuan metode pengajaran yang cukup untuk bekerja dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus, dan cara menyusun rencana pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku panduan guru pembimbing khusus berbasis asesmen untuk taman kanak-kanak. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalalah model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Produk yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian berupa buku panduan GPK yang memuat materi-materi upaya mengenal dan mendampingi PDBK di TK, (2) Pengembangan buku panduan untuk GPK memiliki keefektifan yang meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dalam mengenal dan mendampingi PDBK di TK, hasil uji Paired T-Test memperoleh hasil sig 0.03 < 0.05, sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terjadi perubahan yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman guru pada setiap series. Implikasi hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan penyelenggaraaan sekolah inklusif.
